Before you submit

For removal or pruning, note approximate tree size and what is nearby. For stumps, include the number of stumps and any gate or access limits. For storm damage, explain what has fallen, what is hanging, whether anything is on a structure, and whether access is blocked. For tree-health concerns, describe symptoms and recent site changes such as construction, drainage, storms, or root disturbance.

Do not approach unstable trees or electrical hazards to take measurements or photographs. If there is immediate danger to people, contact emergency services. If electrical lines are involved, stay away and contact the utility.
